Inclusive Deepawali Celebrations – Team EXON’s initiative of spreading joy!
On 29th October 2010, EXON Solutions decided to celebrate the festival of lights by spreading joy and therefore organized a program where all the employees of EXON visited an orphanage called ‘Deepashram’ and spent a day with the special kids.
EXON in its own capacity has tried to extend a helping hand to the kids at ‘Deepashram’. It has been a fulfilling and satisfying experience for each one of us at EXON and we would like to encourage other corporate and individuals take up a cause by supporting NGOs which are working for the betterment of environment and society at large. EXON arranged a lunch program for the kids. In the activity they involved their clients who are of the HR fraternity to fabricate an emotional bond with them as well as fulfilling their responsibilities towards the society. The sheer icing of the concept was that, they made the clients associated with the activity and made them feel that it was on their behalf, EXON has sent the gifts to the orphanage kids. This expedient of EXON in its own capacity will surely make a difference to the society and will inspire other organizations to shore up the social development causes and NGOs which are working for the betterment of environment and society at large.
